Article 3 : Individual Reservation

The reservation allows the customer to be assured of availability on a time slot. In case of delay of the customer of more than 15 minutes, Leman Forest will not be able to guarantee the availability of the slot.

The customer will then have to wait for the next availability. He/she will not be entitled to any refund. Article 4 : Online sales

No withdrawal period: According to article L.121-20-4, 2° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided for distance selling is not applicable to contracts for the sale of accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services that must be provided on a specific date or at a specific time. For undated services, the Customer has a period of seven (7) clear days from receipt of the order confirmation to exercise a right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalty.

Article 5: Groups and Communities

At the customer’s request, an estimate is established and sent to the customer by mail or by post. The total amount of the service is calculated according to the expected number of participants on the day of the service. The reservation option is maintained for a period of 15 days.

In order to book the service, the client must send a deposit as indicated on the order form.

In case of cancellation of the service by the Customer, the conditions of refund are as follows:

– The description of the activity, the instructions for the use of the material and explanations at the beginning of the session (verbal or video)
– The application on an initiation course with validation by an operator.
– Advice and possible assistance during the session as well as the intervention of an operator on call of the practitioner

The rope course is limited in duration. The purpose of this limitation is to reduce the risks related to the fatigue of the participants and to avoid bottlenecks on the course.

For the big courses the duration is limited to 3 consecutive hours (and simultaneous).

For the Lutin and Bambino courses, the duration is limited to 2 consecutive hours (and simultaneous)

Article 7: Termination of activity in progress

Leman Forest can be brought to close all or part of the installations for any technical or meteorological reason in order to ensure the safety of the practising.

In the event that Leman Forest ceases operations while clients are in practice, two cases may arise:

– Leman Forest informed its customers, before the beginning of the service, of a risk of total or partial closure and the customer decided to practice in spite of this risk: in these conditions the customer cannot claim any refund nor complaint, he cannot claim a new free entrance nor a discount on a new entrance.

– The decision of total or partial closure intervenes after the beginning of the service: the people having practiced less than half of the time of loan will be able to claim a free entry in the 5 days which follow (or beyond 5 days if the slots of reservation are complete); the people having practiced more than half of the time, a discount with the prorata of the remaining time will be able to be required on the purchase of an entry in the 5 days which follow (or beyond 5 days if the slots of reservation are complete).

Article 8 : Prices

Park entry fees are posted at the park entrance and on the “Fees” page of the park website www.https://leman-forest.com/en/tarifs.

The price paid corresponds to a fixed price of duration which gives the right to practice the activity during a maximum time as detailed in article 6.

Article 9: discount coupons

To be valid, a coupon must be in effect (the year of validity is indicated on it). It is valid for a maximum of 1 voucher for 4 people per family or per group upon presentation of the voucher at the park reception. It cannot be combined with other discounts. The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for another title.

Article 10: Disputes

Any complaint must be addressed to the customer service of Leman Forest according to the methods defined in the conditions of sale. After having referred the matter to the customer relations department and in the absence of a satisfactory response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures for referral are available on his website: www.mtv.travel

Any dispute will have to be settled in the Court of Thonon-les-Bains.
